Since the organization began in January 2014, we've made a difference in the lives of more than 5,000 young professionals on location and online, providing our network with an opportunity to connect with peers, c-suite and HR professionals to better meet the professional and personal aspirations of women of color in our community.  

We've proudly partnered with organizations and institutions, sharing our mission of recruiting and retaining young professionals in the Greater Cleveland area including Engage! Cleveland, the Consortium of African American Organizations, the Society of Urban Professionals, and Global Cleveland to name a few.

But, in order to sustain our mission, we need you. Your engagement with the Women's Leadership Guild gives our members access to a depth of knowledge and experience that is unparalleled. Legacies are created through investment and today we're asking for yours. Be apart of shaping tomorrow’s civic and business leaders through your donation and commitment to the Women's Leadership Guild.

Donations as small as $10 can allow us to continue offering professional development events to young professionals in the city at little to no cost to them and your generous donation will help us raise awareness of the leadership attributes of women of color by making our programming possible.
